Hand-knotted from 100% hand-spun wool, this Kazak runner displays classic Caucasian tribal geometry across a thin, durable pile. The deep red field serves as the backdrop for five alternating octagonal medallions in ivory and indigo blue, each enclosing cross and hook motifs. Surrounding the centre, geometric borders in cream, navy, and soft sage green feature traditional tribal emblems, framed by delicate fringed ends. The naturally textured wool yarn lends subtle organic variation to the saturated tones.
Sized at 266 cm x 82 cm, this runner is designed to bring warmth and structure to long transition areas. Place it down an entrance corridor or central hallway to anchor the space against polished dark timber or natural stone floors. It also suits a galley kitchen beside painted cabinetry, or along the side of a bed alongside rich wood furniture and warm neutral textiles.
