The traditional design displays an ornate arrangement of scrolling palmettes, floral sprays, and leafy vines set across a rich crimson red field. A substantial cream border frames the centre, detailed with coordinating botanical motifs and soft beige accents. The natural variations in the hand-spun wool give subtle tonal depth to both the red background and the lighter ivory border, creating a refined finish underfoot.
