Hand-knotted in Pakistan from 100% hand-spun wool, this Kazak runner displays an intricate tribal geometric design along an elongated field. The central ivory-beige ground features a repeating axis of stepped medallions, flanked by stylised serrated leaf and palmette motifs. A deep crimson-red border frames the composition with repeating rosette and geometric star bands, accented by touches of navy blue, soft teal, and earthy brown. Finished with subtle fringed edges, the thin wool pile provides a low, smooth profile underfoot.
Measuring 292 cm x 88 cm, this runner is designed to define long transition areas throughout the home. Position it along an entrance or a main hallway to anchor movement and add warmth to light stone or natural timber floorboards. The traditional colour scheme pairs naturally with rich walnut or oak furnishings, as well as neutral off-white and warm cream walls.
