Product Description
Part of the Mamluk Ziegler collection, this 157 cm x 104 cm rectangular rug displays traditional geometric motifs, octagonal cartouches, and botteh elements. Hand-knotted from 100% hand-spun wool, it features a thin, low pile with short fringed edges at the ends. The composition is built on an ivory and sand-beige field, defined by deep burgundy, rust red, and teal-blue central medallions, with accents of lavender, saffron yellow, and soft olive green throughout the multi-layered borders.
Sized for compact interior zones, this rug works well in an entrance, beside a bed, or in a study. The warm, variegated palette complements natural wood floors, leather armchairs, and brass or bronze hardware. Pair it with neutral linen upholstery or rich terracotta and ochre accents to highlight its intricate tribal detailing.
